The situation
A major Chinese infrastructure contractor’s project site involved frequent multi-party coordination and was in the middle of construction. The existing meeting equipment had mismatched displays, poor remote experience and messy cabling; the purchased gear would not add up to a space you could actually use.
What we did
We handled the selection, supply, installation, system commissioning and functional acceptance of the display terminals, conferencing system, computer terminals and audio equipment, with one integrated service from design to after-sales.
The outcome
The whole project was delivered as one integrated build and passed acceptance in a single round. The site had full remote-collaboration capability from day one of use, with after-sales maintenance carried by the local team.
