We prove expertise with content, not with "Saudi is full of gold."
For an unfamiliar B2B brand, buyers research before they meet a salesperson. The job of content is not to chase followers, but to let the owner, procurement, technical and finance stakeholders see that we understand the real friction.
Field notes
Why is "the customer is interested" not a Saudi opportunity?
If the customer has not given a specific need, a technical or access requirement, a next action or a timeline, "interested" is only a polite response. Internally it must map to a PR code and an evidence level.
See the evidence standardWithout Saudi certification, is market development impossible?
No. First sort into Green / Yellow / Red. Closable certification can run in parallel with limited market validation; only an unfixable Red gap should stop the process, so a manufacturer does not spend a large certification fee before finding out nobody buys.
See the P3 logicWhy is an exhibitor list a high-quality China lead source?
Exhibiting is itself a signal that a company has already spent money on Saudi. China BD should not only work cold lists, but prioritize signals: Saudi / GCC exhibitors, hiring Middle East sales, an existing UAE office.

Saudi exhibition signals China BD can start working now. The point is not to attend every show, but to use official exhibitor lists to filter Chinese manufacturers who have already committed to Saudi.

Why our positioning cannot just say "on-ground execution"
Several Saudi market-entry and BD providers already emphasize local execution, opening decision-makers or real commercial results. So what UNARI actually needs to stand out on is the control system: validate first then invest, evidence at every step, and a No-Go that still delivers value, rather than a vague claim that we have Saudi resources.
Content is the first proof. The Pre-Check is the second.
