Project-led technology entry
Months of remote development with no real traction, until we helped the client build a pipeline that actually moves.
The situation
A Chinese smart-security and AIoT company had already scaled its products across many domestic scenarios and made early client contact in Saudi Arabia. But under a remote follow-up model the projects stalled at the early stage: no direct path to the final decision-maker, and no way to move the product pitch into local testing.
What we did
We first combined Saudi market demand with the client’s own product strengths to narrow down to four priority directions. A local Saudi team then reached decision-makers directly, instead of relying on emails and trade-show leads. Finally we advanced through four steps, introduce, engage, test and track, each with a clear exit criterion.
The outcome
The client built a pipeline in Saudi Arabia that keeps moving, shifting from "someone is talking" to "projects are progressing."
If your product is just as mature and just as stuck on "we can’t find who signs off," this path applies directly. The key is rarely product strength; it is whether there is a local route that carries an introduction through to a test.
