TRUST CENTER

UNARI is new. So we give you a verification path, not a brand story.

We do not dress a new entity in vague "years of experience." We separate the legal entity, the execution partner, case boundaries and project evidence so you can verify each one before the first engagement.

ENTITY TRANSPARENCY

Two entities, clearly separated

What should actually be verified is who executes in Saudi Arabia, on what basis, and how the work is supervised.

New Saudi legal entity

UNARI NOVA

UNARI NOVA is a newly established Saudi business platform responsible for technology-partner collaboration, Market Access products and project management. We do not rewrite Itqan or partner history as work completed by UNARI. During due diligence we provide UNARI registration documents, the authorized signatory and the contracting entity.

Existing Saudi execution capability

ITQAN RASEEL

Itqan Raseel is an independent Saudi company and one of our local execution partners. Its Saudi commercial registration, company website, contracts, projects and team can be verified directly.

Commercial registration, website and Riyadh operating details are provided to clients during due diligence.

WHAT YOU CAN VERIFY

What a client can verify

Before the first engagement, we are willing to let a client verify these six things.

01

Legal entity

That the contracting entity, registration documents, authorized signatory and payment account are consistent.

02

Saudi owner of work

Which Saudi BD owner is responsible, which China project owner coordinates, and who handles technical questions.

03

Operating experience

Which cases belong to Itqan / team history and which are technology-partner references, with clear boundaries.

04

Delivery methodology

P0 to P6, the gates, weekly pipeline, evidence levels and the failure-exit mechanism.

05

Saudi evidence

Real customer roles, feedback, meeting recaps, RFQs and vendor processes as traceable records.

06

Scope boundary

We do not promise orders, do not invent vendor-registration ability, and do not describe a partner as a subsidiary.

BOUNDARIES

What we will not claim

A new company most easily loses trust by over-packaging, so these four things we explicitly do not do.

No invented UNARI history

Itqan, team or technology-partner history is not rewritten as work completed by UNARI.

No invented equity relationship

Itqan is an independent Saudi company. A cooperation and execution relationship is not a subsidiary or group relationship.

No guaranteed uncontrollable outcomes

We do not guarantee orders, do not guarantee major-account onboarding, and do not promise the customer will accept the product.

No selling fake contacts

A customer list is not value in itself. Only real interactions, needs, access routes and next actions count as evidence.

DUE DILIGENCE

Due-diligence pack

Before the first engagement, this is what a serious client can request and review.

  • UNARI registration document
  • Itqan commercial registration and public company contact
  • Named project owners (China and Saudi)
  • Selected anonymized case evidence
  • P0 to P6 delivery scope
  • Weekly reporting sample
OPERATING EVIDENCE

Operating evidence, not stock photos

The same discipline this page describes, visible in real Saudi activity from the execution team and partner network.

Verify first, then decide.

Start with a 48-hour Saudi Pre-Check. We only send projects worth doing into the Saudi execution team.
