The challenge
In new development areas the fiber-activation timeline is often uncertain, but production and office systems cannot wait for the network to mature before they start.
How we solve it
We design a workable DIA dedicated-line access plan: an early access method suited to on-site conditions brings enterprise-grade network up quickly; as fiber matures we help complete the link switch and optimization, while providing a fixed public IP, network-configuration support, link activation testing and long-term O&M.
Typical delivery
Delivery starts with an access-condition survey, completes the dedicated-line design and activation, sets up the fixed public IP and network configuration, completes the fiber upgrade switch after link testing, and finally enters long-term O&M.
This "bring it up first, upgrade later" approach is proven in the prefab-plant DIA line and long-term network service (Case 08).
