We package mature Chinese virtual-human and digital-employee technology into a scenario-based solution Saudi clients are willing to buy: first a role-scenario mapping across reception and wayfinding, training and teaching, customer-service Q&A and government-service guidance; then appearance and language localization for Arabic / English voice, look and expression style; then integration with existing systems, connecting VDI cloud desktops, teaching systems and business systems; and finally on-site deployment and commissioning, with user training and long-term O&M.

Delivery starts with defining the role scenario, completes appearance and voice localization, then system integration and deployment, user training after on-site commissioning and acceptance, and finally long-term O&M and content updates.
Why we can do this
A digital employee is not a software purchase but a local integration delivery; it runs on the client’s network, servers and business systems. In Saudi Arabia we have already completed a full layered delivery from DIA line and data-center upgrade to VDI cloud desktop, AI teaching and virtual-human applications (Case 09), with the local capability to actually put a digital employee to work.
