Multiple systems unified into one integration, so the client deals with a single window.
The situation
A large Saudi prefab plant was spread across dispersed areas with complex scenarios. Office, production, security and display were each handled by a different vendor, planning, delivery and maintenance each covering one segment, and the coordination cost and operational complexity all landed on the client.
What we did
We had the network system carry the base communications for the main building, workshops and support areas; the surveillance system raise visibility across production, warehousing and access points; and the multimedia system support the showroom, meeting rooms and multi-function spaces, with long-term maintenance provided alongside.
The outcome
Network, surveillance and multimedia were delivered as one unified integration and passed acceptance in a single round. The client now deals with a single window, with long-term maintenance carried by the local team.
