DIA dedicated line + long-term operations

Fiber not in place yet, so we brought the network up first; the business started with zero wait.

Back to all cases

The situation

The project site was in a new development area of Saudi Arabia with unstable network resources and an uncertain fiber-activation timeline, while the production and office systems could not wait for the network to mature before starting.

What we did

We designed a workable DIA dedicated-line access plan: in the early phase an access method suited to on-site conditions brought enterprise-grade network up quickly; as fiber conditions matured we helped complete the link switch and optimization; and throughout we provided a fixed public IP, network-configuration support, link activation testing and long-term operations.

The outcome

The client had enterprise-grade network before fiber arrived, with zero wait to start business. The link upgrade and switch completed smoothly, and long-term operations are carried by the local team.

What it means for you

This case covers the full cycle from project start to long-term operations. If your project is also in a new development area, "bring it up first, upgrade later" is usually workable; you do not have to wait for fiber.
