Scenario-validation entry

From finding the buyer and demoing, to a pilot deployed in a real Saudi scenario.

Back to all cases

The situation

A Chinese cleaning-robot and smart-equipment company had mature products that consistently drew praise in trade-show and showroom demos. But after every "great demo," procurement stalled at deployment: the client’s concern was never the product, it was who deploys, who trains and who maintains it when something breaks. With no local team in Saudi, there were no ready answers.

What we did

We first filtered vague interest down to clients with a real scenario, a budget and decision power. We then moved the showroom demo into the client’s own site and worked through the deployment, training and maintenance plan face to face. A local delivery partner took on the on-site work, and we closed with a business-model validation on real operating data.

The outcome

The client moved from "interested" to a deployed pilot, with equipment running in their own site. The path from demo to delivery has now been run end to end in a real Saudi scenario.

What it means for you

If you are the "mature technology but no local delivery capability" type, the gap between demo ability and delivery ability is exactly the stretch we close.
